Project Scope

All projects begin with a detailed scope of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

• • Remaining balance due upon project completion
• • Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date
• • Late payments may incur additional fees

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the custom code and design elements created specifically for their project.

Syndev Rights

• • We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio (with client consent)
• • Third-party licenses and tools remain property of their respective owners

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• • Timely provision of content, images, and other materials
• • Prompt feedback and approval at project milestones
• • Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
• • Maintaining backups of their website and data

Limited Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. We provide a 30-day warranty on bug fixes for custom development work.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• • Specific search engine rankings or traffic levels
• • Compatibility with all future browser updates
• • Uninterrupted service or error-free operation
• • Protection against all security threats

In no event shall Syndev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• • Client remains responsible for payment of completed work
• • We will provide completed deliverables upon full payment
• • Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
• • Ongoing support and maintenance services will cease

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
